Matt Adams has implemented ESG solutions in the mining industry for the last decade. Throughout the evolution of ESG, his focus has shifted from environmental metrics to quantifying social metrics in a way that moves resources projects forward. This includes strategy and execution for regulatory approvals, community engagement and socioeconomic impact tracking. Adams has an Environmental Engineering Degree from the University of Guelph and now serves as the CEO of NetBenefit Software.
