Paul has over 37 years working with underground mines. He has worked with over 50 international projects providing advice on improvements In Brazil he was Vice President for Jaguar Mining and in Colombia he worked as General Manager of Operations for Minesa S.A. Currently he runs a small consulting business focussing on improving underground mine operations and performing mining studies. In 2002-2002 he worked at the Bulyanulu Mine I Tanzania. Paul´s background is in physics and geology and this past few years he has been giving lectures on improving underground mining studies in Santiago Chile, Rio de Janeiro, Vancouver, Sudbury, Toronto, Montreal and Berlin.
